Cretex Medical, a leading provider of contract medical device manufacturing and engineering services, announced today that it has acquired select assets and capabilities of Holland Molds, Inc. in Wadena, Minnesota. Known for its excellent quality and dedication to satisfying customer needs, Holland is a highly respected provider of sophisticated tooling for plastic injection molding. The transaction closed on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in accordance with customary closing conditions.
